MELSS has successfully completed the revamping
and recommissioning of the maintenance training
simulators for the Sea Harrier Aircraft and Sea
King Helicopter system at the Naval Institute
Aeronautical Technology(IN), Kochi, India. This
project involved development of extensive interactive
software and VC++ and display of animated graphics.
The original software written in Basic running
on Mini Computers was rehosted on Pentium PC operating
on Windows Platform.
MELSS has helped Indian Air Force to revamp Mirage
Aircraft Maintenance and completely rehost the
programs.
