Bed-of-Nails Test Fixtures:

 Quality Vacuum Fixtures are available at affordable prices and are suitable for ATE's like Teradyne, GenRad, Schlumberger-Factron, etc. Jet, Boster, Tescon, Okano use Pneumatic Press-down Fixtures. These fixtures are available in three sizes - Small, Medium and Large to suit various PCB dimensions. Fixtures to suit any new ATE's can also be developed and supplied as per user requirements.

Mechanical Fixtures:

For Burn-in Test and Functional Test applications, Customised Mechanical Test fixtures are available in various sizes to suit the test requirements.

H+W Fixtures:

 MELSS also offers International Quality test Fixtures from H+W USA for various ATE's like Teradyne, HP, GenRad, Schlumberger-Factron, etc. These fixtures are shipped within 24 Hours. ESD coated fixtures are also available.

Bottom Access Clips:

 A complete range of Standard and Custom Bottom Access Clips is manufactured at MELSS to work with Clip-on Type In-circuit Testers like BoardWizard, MELSSWizard, Repairmate, ICTD, etc.
When the devices are too densely placed on the board, access using normal top side clip is not possible. In such cases, Bottom Access Clips provide access to the DUT from the track side.

Russian Test Interfaces:

 MELSS offers complete set of Access solutions to Russian Boards and Devices. These Interfaces are useful to make interconnections with the Clip-on type testers effectively during in-circuit testing

SMD clips:

 A complete range of SOIC, PLCC, QFP clips and cables are available from MELSS for connecting the Tester to the DUT. Various pin configurations for different device type are available based on request.

Custom Test Interfaces:

 MELSS offers a complete range of Custom Test Interface solutions to meet any User Requirement like Special Bottom Access Clips for non-standard device profiles, SMT clips, Card-Edge Interfaces, Euro Connector Interfaces, FRC Connector Interfaces, Interfaces to Connector Arrays of a casing assembly, etc. These Interfaces enable easy access to the DUT

Contact Probes and Receptacles:

 A very wide range of Spring-loaded Probes and Receptacles required for Interconnection to DUT through any of the above interfaces is available from Interconnect Devices Inc. (IDI), USA. Solid pins are also available for applications like Bare Board Testing. Special Probes like ICT Series, Titanium Pro Series, Battery Contact Probes, Coaxial Probes, Hi-Current Probes, etc. are also available.
